Shake day

Hey there :)

I just wanted to put a shout out to those that are following my blog.

I have no idea how many are out there actually reading this or not, but that's not the point.
I am doing this to put it "out there" no matter who might be listening or not.

I am taking a hiatus from all technology beginning on Wednesday morning, the 17th, until the 23rd of November.
Technology is such a huge part of my everyday life that it will be difficult to let it go for that long, but I feel it's necessary.  Yes, just after I start blogging again. LOL!

Anyways, here is what I had for my healthy meal of the day:  a 500ish calorie butter chicken dish with rice and water.  Yum! It was delicious and soooo incredibly filling.  Ugh. The icky so stuffed you want to barf kinda filling. 
It surprisingly took both Yanik and I by surprise.

I was out shopping with Vienna during the day, and forgot to eat lunch. I started to get hungry around 3 p.m., but figured to wait until I got home to have dinner.

For breakfast I had:
- women's essentials
 - 1 shake (1 scoop choc. & 1 IsaPro) with FiberPro, Greens, & IsaFruits.

- 70 oz. water throughout the day.

I didn't do my 30-day SHRED with Jillian Michaels today.  After taking on Level 2 yesterday, I was nearly paralyzed this morning when I got up. LOL!  Seriously!
My buns and thighs were soooooo so sore.  I couldn't imagine possibly doing it again today...or even going back down to level 1.  Today was a recovery day.
I will do SHRED level 2 again tomorrow.

It's nearly 1 a.m. and I have just finished stuffing my monthly newsletter and getting it ready to go out for mailing tomorrow.  I am so glad that it is complete!  I hope you enjoy it.
