Shake day

 Breakfast:
- 1 scoop chocolate, 1 scoop IsaPro, 1 scoop IsaFruits, 1 scoop Greens, blueberries
- 32 oz. H20 with grape Want More Energy (WME)
- ***** level 2 SHRED program *****  <-- BRUTAL! Jillian kicked my butt! My first day doing level 2
- 1 scoop chocolate, 1 scoop IsaPro, 1 scoop Greens, 1 scoop FiberPro
- 32 oz. H20
- Below is a pic of my dinner. It was two turkey burgers (190 calories each) on 1 bun with lettuce and habanero mustard sauce.  I had a nice green salad with some cherry tomatoes.
Had a few sweet potato fries.

We had Jaissen and Amy over, our super awesome friends, in the evening (below with Vienna).
We enjoyed a shot of $200 tequila (yes, I had only ONE), and I had four glasses of wine over 4 hours.
Amy brought over home made YUMMY chocolate chip cookies, and I had two.


Not looking forward to the Jillian SHRED butt kicking tomorrow.   It hurts so good!
