2nd cleanse days and May 1

Hey hey heyyy!

April 30th: My second cleanse day went really well. :)

I had more than my required daily ounces of water, enjoyed 4 IsaDelights, and Snacks throughout the day. I took my everyday vitamins, antioxidants, et cetera, as well as 1.5 oz. of Ionix Supreme.
**I also did Jillian's 25 minute workout**

May 1st: Feeling AWESOME!

In a previous post I talked about the Slim in 6 program byDebbie Siebers and how I DREADED having to do that again. My memories of it were of the program being BRUTAL. I remember tons and tons of plee-yay-s (sp) and lunges and all that fun (NOT) stuff.
I remember being paralyzed for days afterwards. Very, VERY painful. And this is after I'd lost over 40 lbs and was on Isagenix and had tons of energy and oomph!

Anyhoo, after not having been completely satisfied with TAEBO nor Jillian Michaels' kickboxing workouts, I figured yesterday that I would test out Slim in 6 again.
WAS I EVER GLAD I DID! I felt soooo good afterwards! OOOOOOH It hurts so good! REAL good. OUCHIE!!!!!!!!!! oh, did I mention that I didn't do her "start it up" 20-minute video, that I jumped into the second video called "ramp it up" which is 47 minutes? Silly me! However, I'm off to Mexico three weeks today, so I want to get results ASAP!

I'm really thankful that Yanik highly recommended I take an epsom salt bath after my workout with Debbie...and even happier that I listened to him. nyrk nyrk!

I'm already feeling the effects of Debbie's wrath. She really really REALLY works the quads, butt, thighs, and arms. Those are her favorite killer areas to work out. It's great. She also has an abs portion near the end of the video. It was good too.

Anyhoo, here's what I had to eat:
- usual vitamins, antioxidants, et cetera.
- 1 choc. shake with Greens, IsaFruits, FiberPro, walnuts, IsaCrunch, half banana.
- 32 oz. WME with water and IsaWater
- 47 minute Ramp It Up DVD by Slim in 6
- 1.5 oz. Ionix Supreme
- 1 choc./IasPro (1:1) shake with Greens, FiberPro, IsaCalcium, and half banana
- 32 oz. water with WME and IsaWater
- 1 glass of port
- 2 crackers with organic salsa and goat cheese
- japanese take-out: first time trying (raw) salmon (1), egg (1), and shrimp (1) sushi. I had two teeny tiny salmon maki rolls, a bit of a noodle/vinegar salad with a piece of shrimp, five small pieces of teriyaki chicken (deep fried)
- 1 cup green tea
