The final countdown

Ahhhh yes, we're on to the final countdown to the sun and sand! Wheeee!

That means it's GO TIME!!!!!

I did Ramp It Up (Slim in 6) again today, followed by an epsom salt bath.
It feels soooooooooooooooooo good to feel soooooo good! haha! :)

Turning 30 has been nothing but purdy!

I look forward to sharing amongst our immediate Isafamily (on the second call) my goals and dreams for the future. That is something we have all been tasked with this past week: sitting down and writing out our goals.

For example: How many cycles do I want to be averaging a week by IsaU? What rank do I want to be? How many of my personally enrolled team mates will I have there with me?

Then the same questions leading up to Celebration in August.

These are very good questions to be asking. If one doesn't have a goal, how are you supposed to achieve it? You wouldn't get into a car and start driving around aimlessly would you? No, when you get into your car, you have a destination in mind...you have a goal in mind. Why don't many people sit down and write out where they want to see themselves in the future? Hmmmmm.

- 32 oz. water with IsaWater

- skinless chicken teriyaki bowl from Tokyo Express. I didn't add ANY soya sauce to my chicken bowl :):):):)

- 5 pieces smoked salmon sushi rolls. I thought it would be healthy because it was salmon, but there was something in the middle and the salmon was draped on top. I was not expecting that. Not sure what it was...kind of looked like crab filling...but couldn't have been because I ordered salmon rolls.

- 4 oz. CFL

- 1.5 oz. Ionix Supreme

- 2 IsaFlush


P.S.- Sorry I didn't take a picture. I have to get back into the habit of taking pics of what I eat.
