new day!

Hey there!

The photo above is the picture of part of today's healthy meal.

Brekky
- 1.5 oz. Ionix Supreme
- choc. shake (1 scoop), IsPro (1 scoop), FiberPro, Greens, IsaFruits, walnuts, IsaCrunch.
- 32 oz. water

Lunch
- What you see above, minus a few baby carrots, a bit of salad, and another veggie sandwich.
- two vegetarian "turkey" sandwiches on nice, brown bread that has a ton of healthy seeds in it. Added lettuce, dijon mustard (20 cal max for both sandwiches), one pickle on each sandwich, pepper. (200 cal "meat" total, 400 ish cal bread total)
- green salad with balsamic vinaigrette (15 cal)
- 32 oz. water

Dinner
- 1/2 choc. shake with IsaCal. I was still so full from having two sandwiches at lunch.
- 32 oz. water

The vegetarian turkey slices I had in my sandwich today were fantastic...especially since it was only 100 cal for four thick slices!!!!! Here's the link:

I have not been able to tell much of a difference at all yet in the vegetarian meat substitutes I have been trying.
So far I've tried "ground beef" on my pasta, a portabello mushroom and garlic burger (beef), a chicken cutlet, and now the turkey lunchmeat. YUMMMMMMMMMMM!!!!!!!!!!!!

Soy Fact:

Soys protein enhances the bodies ability to retain and better absorb calcium in the bones, slows bone loss and inhibits bone breakdown, which helps prevent osteoporosis.

On another note: I signed up today at www.readytocleansenow-coaching.com and set up my account. I will be receiving the link to my own website within the next 48 hours. I will then forward the link to the website along with a temporary (45-day) password in which cleansers can have full access to live coaching calls, workouts, food recommendations, health info., a detailed rundown of what to eat on their program and when, ET CETERA!
It's really great and I highly suggest my team look into this turn-key SYSTEM that will shave offhours of one-on-one coaching. It's $20 a month and you can have up to 20 people cleansing at the same time.

Cheers :)
