Ahhh yes, another beautiful day in paradise! :)

I spoke with a wonderful lady today named Shawna, who is one of the latest members of our Isagenix team thanks to Tracy Li!
Shawna is a beautiful blessing to this earth.
I was introduced to Shawna this past Sunday on our weekly Sunday night team call. She only announced her name.


I was sharing great information I received from a gentleman with Isagenix with regards to what I can take or do to bump up my thyroid naturally.
David's suggestion was to add IsaPro to each of my shakes as well as FiberPro.

I have been doing that for a good week or so and have noticed a remarkable difference in energy.


She came to me as a friend who wants to help me with my hypothyroid issue. Shawna is a Holistic Esthetician & Nutritionist who resides in Calgary. (http://www.shawna@smithshawna.ca) It was recommended that I try a supplement to help my thyroid as well as maca. I rushed out and purchased them. Starting tomorrow, I will be taking two ThyroSense (www.hormonehelp.com) pills in the morning with my shake (up to four later on), and MacaSure (www.macasure.com) as well. I think it's great that it's certified organic maca root extract. I'm excited! The reason I'm so excited is because I feel I have been eating really well for the last month, but the scale's not moving as quickly as I'd like it to.

I have been wondering why I'm not losing as quickly as I was before.

Don't get me wrong, if I was on ANY OTHER diet (as in lifestyle change) program I would be jumping for JOY to have lost 15 lbs in one month, but I lost that in 9 days on Isagenix in the past...so it's a bit of a head shaker for me.

This will NOT keep me down and will NOT send me through a fast food drive-thru because I'm frustrated. What did I do? I prayed for answers and for help....then Shawna emailed me out of the blue.

I am super duper stoked to start on my maca and ThyroSense tomorrow and to start losing lots of weight again!!! WOOOO HOOOOOOOOOOOO!

I am officially 60 days away from my big trip to Mexico!

This trip is my big mini-goal motivation!!!!!!!!

Even if I lose another 30 lbs in the next 60 days, I will be at the same weight I was at the end of my IsaBody Challenge in 2008 in which I was one of the top 10 finalists in my age category. Very cool! :):):)
However, I do expect to lose a bit more than that.

My goal is to lose 37 lbs (or more) in the next 60 days.

Having said that, let's move on to my food diary for today:

Brekky:
- choc. shake (1 scoop), IsaPro (1 scoop), Greens, FiberPro, IsaFruits, IsaCrunch, walnuts,
- 1.5 oz. Ionix Supreme
- 32 oz. water

Lunch:
- choc. shake (1 scoop), IsaPro (1 scoop), IsaCal
- 32 oz. water

Dinner:
- Subway foot long turkey on honey oat, toasted with swiss cheese. I added all veggies except for olives and banana peppers. (see picture above)
- 32 oz. water

Before bed:
- 4 oz. Cleanse For Life (CFL)

**** 20 minutes of cellercising (jumping on small trampoline) while holding weights and working my arms****
