Hiiii!
Sorry, no picture today. I forgot. I have to get used to taking a picture of my food before eating it. hahahah I realized about half way through my meal that I forgot to do so.
Today was a good, but long day. I expected to eat dinner before the hockey game (around 4:30 p.m.), but that didn't happen.
Once I found out I was now a 2 Star Golden Circle, I got so excited I was bouncing all over the place and before I knew it, it was time to leave.
I had my first shake around 9:30 a.m., lunch shake at 1:30ish, and ate dinner at 10 p.m. Boo!
I don't like to eat dinner past 6:30 or so now-a-days.
We had an AWESOME team call tonight. Val was sooooooooooo amazing as a leader and taking control of the call. Each and every time I speak with her, she blows me away with her growing confidence and leadership qualities. She's taken the reins and is just rockin' it. YAY for VAL!!!!!!!!!!! You rock!!!!!
I was very, VERY, VERY much craving popcorn at the Oilers game tonight and really wanted a small popcorn. Yanik was fantastic in keeping me on track. He wondered if I ordered tea if it would help control my hunger. It did! THANK YOU, YANIK!!!!!! :):) xoxoxox

- Choc. shake (1 scoop), IsaPro (1 scoop), FiberPro, walnuts, IsaFruits, IsaCrunch, Greens
- 32 oz. water with WME
Lunch
- Choc. shake (1 scoop), IsaPro (1 scoop), FiberPro, walnuts, IsaCal
- 32 oz. water
- 15 oz. X-mas tea blend with dragonwell green tea.
Snack
- 1 Slimcake (90 cal)
- 1 large (12 oz.) lotus green tea (Tazo)
Dinner
- whole wheat spaghetti with vegetarian "Italian ground beef". Added mushrooms, onions, garlic, and tomatoes (450 cal)
- 1 vegetarian "chicken cutlet" (140 cal)
* parked a ways away from Rexall and had a good walk*
