Brekky
- 1.5 oz. Ionix Supreme
- choc. shake (1 scoop), IsaPro (1 scoop), 1/2 banana, FiberPro, walnuts
- 32 oz. water with WME
Lunch
- choc/IsaPro shake with walnuts, IsaCrunch, 1/2 banana, IsaCal, IsaFruits, FiberPro
- 32 oz. water
- 5 baby carrots
Dinner
- salmon (not sure on cals) on top of rice pasta (200 cal) with a lime and ginger sauce
- garlic and lemon olive oil on top of broccoli
- green salad with balsamic vinaigrette (15 cal) with a little bit of veggie ground beef from last night (20 cal-ish).
- 32 oz. water
- 4 oz. CFL
