Once again I ate vegetarian today and it was soooo good!!!!!!!
I bought a brand....hmmmm Yves or something? It was ground "beef". REALLY GOOD! I'm really not missing beef anymore! One whole package of that Yves veggie ground beef was 180 cal!!!!!!! The ENTIRE PACKAGE! I'm sorry, I don't have the package in front of me, but it was a LOT of meat. I only had a third of it with my evening meal. And the price was $3.69.
Not only is eating vegetarian seeming to be TASTY, and FAST to make, but it's been quite cost effective too.
My favorite part is the EASY and FAST part.
Yanik cooked up some onions, garlic, tomatoes, and mushrooms together in a pan, added a bit of red wine (merlot), and organic veggie broth, and then added in that package at the end. SUPER EASY! Even *I* could do it! hahahahaha
We're going to try the vegetarian "chicken" cutlets tomorrow night. I'll keep you posted! :)

Dinner
-1 cup wholewheat spaghetti (300 cal) with vegetarian "italian ground beef" (100 cal) with extra tomatoes, mushrooms, and onions.
- big green salad with blue cheese vinaigrette (30 cal)
-2 glasses merlot wine (300 cal)
-32 oz. water
