My abs are feeling it from the 60 crunches I did last night. Pathetic, eh? hahaha Oh well! It's a start, and I have to start somewhere.
It is nice to know they're there somewhere. hahaha

- 2 portobello mushroom and garlic veggie burgers on 1 whole wheat bun with feta cheese (550 cal)
