Food journal Feb 15th

Breakfast:
- 3 oz Cleanse For Life (shot)
- 2 C-Lyte, 2 Mars & Venus capsules, 2 antioxidant capsules, 3 Women's vitamins, 2 IsaOmega capsules, 1 natural accelerator
- chocolate shake with half a banana, Ionix Supreme, FiberPro, Greens

Lunch:
- Big pot of green tea
- Natural accelerator capsule
- Chocolate shake with half a banana and IsaCal
- IsaFruits and Want More Energy in 32 oz. water bottle

Dinner (6 p.m.):
- Huge green salad with home made dressing (see recipe below)
- 4 chickpea balls with louisiana hot sauce
- 1 1/2 cups of chicken and red curry soup
555 calories altogether

Snack:
Package of Ademames
100 calories

Total calories today = 655 (plus my shakes, of course)

My salad dressing recipe:
schallots, extra virgin olive oil, apple cider vinegar, salt and pepper. The recipe calls for the same amount of olive oil as vinegar, but I prefer my salad dressing a little zingy, so I add more apple cider vinegar. I love this dressing. To mix it up, I'll add dijon mustard at times.
