Breakfast:
- Chocolate shake with Greens, IsaCrunch, FiberPro, Ionix Supreme, IsaFruits, half banana.
- 32 oz. bottle of IsaFruits and Want More Energy
Lunch:
- Foot long tuna on honey oat (brown) bread from Subway.
(not the best choice but I have been craving tuna for the last two days)
Dinner:
- Chocolate crisp meal replacement bar
- Big pot of green tea
- IsaSnack
- Half a chocolate shake with IsaCal before bed.
