- 32 oz. water with WME and IsaFruits
- *** 1 hr BURN IT UP workout ***
- 32 oz. water
- choc./IsaPro (1:1) shake with Greens, IsaFruits, FiberPro, IsaCal
- Tasty Tom's for dinner. Half of a beef/pineapple/ham burger, half of a greek burger. Had some fries, but not all of them.
- The Bothy - 1 glass wine

I went out on a date with my dad, which was lots of fun. We had originally planned to go to Fat Burger for dinner, so I went online beforehand and picked out the healthiest burger to eat there.
Yanik suggested that the veggie burger would be the healthiest, but it wasn't.
In fact, the grilled chicken sandwich was the HEALTHIEST of all burgers in all aspects.
Amazing! Even healthier than the turkey!
So, yeah, I had the even planned out that I would have my 430 cal. burger with a few of dad's fries, and one glass of wine at The Bothy....but that didn't turn out.
We ended up checking out a new place on Whyte Avenue called Tasty Tom's. There was no nutritional broshure there.
Since I didn't know how many calories were in what, I ended up sharing half and half with dad.
I really enjoyed it. Rather than being all worked up about calories, I decided to really enjoy what I was eating. There was no sense in feeling bad about it. It was good, and I did a good workout today :)

May 6

CLEANSE DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had four Snacks and 3 IsaDelights throughout the day.
I did a *** 1 hour Slim in 6 BURN IT UP workout *** and felt really good! I wasn't light-headed at all. Right on!

I've decided I'm going to see my doctor on Tuesday about my thyroid. I have been working out everyday and walking and so on, yet I'm not really seeing anything happening on the scale.
This is definitely different from my experience before.
I can tell for certain that my body shape is changing...YAY!... but this is just not quick enough for me. I feel the hypothyroidism is definitely playing a role in my body not wanting to release weight.
Plus, I've had a number of people now tell me not to fool around with my thyroid. One of Yanik's family members died of a heart attack because he refused to take medication. I've heard similar stories.
I'm not going to chance anything. It's not a big deal to take a very low dose to get my body back on track. I look forward to what will happen once I start taking Synthroid as of Tuesday. I will keep you updated! :)

Blessings!
