NOTHING tastes as good as THIN feels

Hi!

Today I resisted tons of temptation! And it was soooooo easy!
Guess why? BECAUSE I AM LAZER FOCUSED ON MY GOAL.

43 lbs in 70 days.

I was at a 7-year-old's birthday party today which consisted of pizza and cake oozing with icing.
When asked if I wanted one of these things to eat, I happily declined.
Yes, the thought of having a piece of pizza was VERY tempting, but I just told myself that it doesn't serve me nor my goal.
The only thing I put in my face at the birthday party was a cup of lemon green tea and a full 32 oz. bottle of water with WME and IsaFruits.
Yay me! :)

It felt soooo good to be in control.

Here's my food intake for the day:

b = choc. shake with IsaPro, FiberPro, Greens, walnuts, almond butter.

32 oz. water with WME and IsaFruits.

l = choc. shake with IsaCal, FiberPro, walnuts.

32 oz. water with WME and IsaFruits.

30 oz. dragon green tea, fruit explosion, and cleansing green tea.

2.5 oz. Cleanse For Life

d = 1 cup organic mac and cheese, tofu nuggets with hot sauce, green salad with tomatoes.

I am very proud of myself today. Whenever I feel like having an unhealthy snack, I go to the computer and pull up a pic of the beautiful pools/beach at the hotel we will be staying at in Mexico. That puts things into perspective for me.
As well, I keep reminding myself of how I felt when I was 164 lbs and nearly at my goal weight. I remember being sooooooooooooo sooooooooooooooooo happy and telling myself over and over and over again "NOTHING tastes as good as thin feels. NOTHING!".
It was sooo true for me. I remember I told myself that alllll the time (and it was true!) so that I would never forget how good it felt. I didn't ever want to forget that feeling.

My pants are much looser now and I actually went to the store to buy some new pants, which felt good. I've had to move my belt notches in a couple of rings. WheEEee!

I'm really starting to feel in control of my hunger/food again. It feels great. Really, really great!
I really enjoy keeping a food diary and I find it helpful to write out at the beginning of my day (or the night before) what I'm going to be eating.

It feels like once I write it, it's in stone...and that's just the way it will be. It works for me.
For instance, tomorrow morning I will have my shake for breakfast, a 32 oz. water with WME and IsaFruits, then tea at Denny's as well as fresh fruit (if they serve that), and when I get home I'll enjoy another shake, 32 oz water with WME, and dinner with my family.

Anyhoo, speaking of family: I'm going to go hang with the hubby for a while.

xoxoxoxo
