lunch:
- choc/IsaPro shake (1:1) with IsaCal, walnuts, and FiberPro
-32 oz. water
dinner:
-cous cous with raisins and nuts, pork with wine sauce, brussel sprouts, greek salad, peppermint tea (10 oz.), guacamole dip with mini taco chips, 3 glasses red wine. 1 piece of chocolate.
- 2 IsaFlush
I didn't take a pic of my meal tonight because it was over at a friend's place and I didn't even think to. It might have been kinda weird to pull out my camera and take a pic anyways. hahaha

lunch:
- foot long turkey on honey oat bread (brown) with tons of veggies and honey mustard sauce. No, I didn't ask for no cheese.
- 32 oz. water
- 25 oz. CFL (4 oz.) and Ionix tea.
dinner:
- 32 oz. water
- choc shake with almond butter, IsaFruits, and IsaCal.
- 4 oz. CFL
- 2 IsaFlush
Not feeling 100% so I have been popping extra C-Lyte and taking lots of extra IsaMune.
