What a day! Another energy filled, busy day. I have SO MUCH energy and feel so great that I already have my Christmas tree up, decorated, and all my stuff around the house done. YAY!
I don't think I mentioned that I watched "Food Inc." on Friday night. If you haven't seen it, I HIGHLY recommend you rent it from Block Buster. If I watched that and was not on Isagenix, wow, I'd be soooo choked and scared. But...since I have Isagenix I am VERY fortunate. I know Isagenix has NO compromised products and we get our products from all over the world in the best of the best of the best places and the animals for our whey protein are treated SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO amazingly well. They are from New Zealand -- where it's illegal to use hormones and antibiotics -- and the cows are only "working" 8 months of the year. The other 4 months they're grazing on GRASS (wow, what a concept) and chillin'.
As a result of watching that movie, I plan on buying ONLY organic food...ESPECIALLY meat and poultry.
Please watch it. You deserve to know what you're putting in your mouth.
Yes, it's a US-based film, but don't kid yourself: a lot of what we eat comes from the US and Canada also does a lot of what is going on in the US.
Anyhoo, here is my food diary from today:
Day 7, Nov. 16th, 2009.
(Shake Day 4)
B = chocolate shake with walnuts, hemp seeds, and banana.
L = chocolate shake with IsaCal(cium) and a big salad with my home made dressing (challots, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, pepper, and salt).
D = Can of Amy’s organic black bean vegetable soup (200ish calories) and a turkey breast sandwich.
S = Organic strawberry yogurt (100), fresh veggies with my home made dressing.
Cheers!
