Monday

I had planned to do a cleanse day on Monday, and I did for the first three quarters of my day.
However, in the afternoon I started to feel VERY, VERY cold and my nose wouldn't stop running, and my head was going to explode. It hit me really hard and I rested for a while.

I decided at dinnertime to have something warm to eat because I was sooooo cold and I couldn't get warm.

So this is what my day looked like:

- Women's Essentials
- 2 natural accelerators
- Ionix Supreme = 1.5 oz.
- 3 C-Lyte
- 4 oz. Cleanse For Life (shot)
- 32. oz. water with orange WME
- 2 IsaDelights
- 32 oz. water
- 3 C-Lyte
- 4 oz. Cleanse For Life (shot)
- IsaDelight
- IsaSnack
- 32 oz. water
- small bowl of chicken, brown rice, onions, red peppers, yellow peppers, eggplant, and coconut milk
- Women's Essentials
- 3 C-Lyte
