This week's food guide











Wednesday night's dinner: sweet potato, two chicken souvlaki skewers (150 cals each) and salad. Yum!

Thursday night's dinner on a dinner cruise in the Okanagan: salmon, caesar salad, garden salad, rice with soya sauce, broccoli and celery with a bit of ranch.

Friday night's dinner was at the restaurant/bar at the hotel before our flight left back to Edmonton. I had chicken florentine. It was lasagna with cream sauce and chicken. NOT the best choice on the menu, but I was craving it. So I had it. So there. Hah!

Sunday night's dinner: salad with tomatoes (Kraft greek dressing), portobella mushroom burgers (2 X 150 cals each) on Superstore's blue menu whole grain flat bread buns (1 X 190 cals), sweet potatoes.

I was in Kelowna on Thursday and Friday. I had a turkey sandwich for lunch each day and chocolate cream crisp bars for breakfast. SO HANDY! I love them. Mmmm they're sooo sinfully delicious!

I will be doing two cleanse days starting tomorrow. I'm so happy and excited! I can't wait to cleanse again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I always feel sooooooooooo good after cleansing my body of toxins and impurities.
