I have some catching up to do!
It was a very busy weekend as well as this week thus far.
Saturday, May 8th, 2010.
- 2 C-Lyte, 2 IsaOmegas, 2 Antioxidants, 3 Women's Essentials, 2 Maca capsules (not Isagenix), 2 ThryoSense (not Isagenix), 2 Natural Accelerators

Between 7 p.m. and 6 a.m. (11 hours), I had these drinks:
- 3 raspberry and vodka with mint leave drinks, 3 glasses of wine, 1 double rye and coke.
It was a great evening out with friends! We celebrated both mine and Yanik's 30th birthdays. Yanik and I went home around 12 a.m., but then ended up staying up and chatting until 6 a.m.
This is the second time we've done this in the last month or so. It seems whenever Vienna has a sleepover elsewhere, we stay up until 6 just connecting and catching up. It was absolutely awesome!

- Mother's Day brunch at the Duvoids consisted of:
- glass of orange juice and champagne
- egg omelet with chives with smoked salmon on top
- dessert: two crepes filled with ricotta cheese and lemon zest. Blueberry drizzle on top
- Mother's Day DINNER at the Wilkies consisted of:
- steak
- 32 oz. water
- baby potatoes but up and tossed in lemon flavoured olive oil with salt and pepper
- beautiful salad
- 2 white buns with butter
- green beans with garlic and onions
- 1 small ice cream cone

- 1 choc. shake with smidgen of IsaPro, Greens, IsaFruits, FiberPro, IsaCrunch
- 1.5 oz. Ionix Supreme
- 32 oz. water with IsaWater and WME
- 2 veggie burgers, each on one slice of multigrain bun. one was garden vegetable by Yves (the BEST!) and the other was Dr. Praeger's tex mex (mushy...not the best).

Each had organic swiss melted cheese and veggie salami on top. Both buns had organic dijon mustard. VERY GOOD! The picture really doesn't do it justice. They were both very tasty/
- 1 organic pomegranate and berry yogurt cup.
total lunch = 600 calories
