I survived Jillian's kickboxing, butt whoopin' workout today (sarcastically).
In fact, I was disappointed! Can you believe that? It was only about 20 minutes long. It was good for cardio because it kept me moving, but the moves were so basic and ordinary. Hmmmm. Good for a quick cardio buzz, but that's about it. It says on the DVD package that I will have a bikini body in 6 weeks...then goes on to say that I do this workout once a week. UMMM WHAT?!?!?! It's 20 minutes of basic cardio. I doubt that.
HOWEVER, PERHAPS my body will tell me a different story tomorrow morning when I get out of bed. I'm sure I worked muscles out today that I haven't in a while. We'll see. I'll keep you updated....OOOOOH THE SUSPENSE!
I'll reassess tomorrow and go from there.
I know that Debbie Sieber's Slim in 6 program was very difficult for me the last two times I tried to get through it. Nooo, difficult is NOT the word. TORTURE is more the word I'm looking for. That describes well what I was put through. I still have nightmares about lunges. SERIOUSLY. Ack! Maybe...just MAYBE I will start her program again soon. hahaha
A program in the middle is what I'm looking for. nyrk nyrk
As you know, I've been enjoying eating vegetarian lately. It's so quick and easy to be a vegetarian these days. I say "these days" because Yanik told me so. He was a vegetarian many years ago.
Here's a pic of one of the tofu meals Yanik made me a couple weeks ago:
It's tofu marinated in light soya sauce (soya sauce is high in salt) with sauteed mushrooms, onions, red peppers, and some organic goat cheese on it. I think that's it. It was SO AMAZING!!!! That whole plate was around 400 calories. Absolutely outstanding.

Here's today's information and pic:

b - 1 choc./IsaPro shake (1:1) with Greens, FiberPro, IsaCrunch, walnuts, IsaFruits.
- 1 hour 20 minute power walk pushing Vienna's stroller.

- 1.5 oz. Ionix Supreme
- 20 minute Jillian's kickboxing cardio workout.
- 32 oz. WME and water
L - 1 choc./IsaPro shake (1:1) with Greens, FiberPro, IsaCal.
- 32 oz. water
D - home made roasted sweet potato chunks rolled into olive oil with pepper and salt (with skin for fiber). They were AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!! Vienna loved them too :)
- salad with tomatoes
- barbequed salmon with lemon, lemon zest, garlic and pepper.
- 32 oz. water
- 4 oz. CFL
- 1 Antioxidant, 2 women's essentials
- 2 IsaFlush capsules
