Just catching up with what happened over the weekend.
Feb. 27.
The usual vitamins and stuff (2 IsaOmegas, 2 C-Lyte, 2 Natural Accelerators, 2 Mars and Venus minerals, 3 Women's Essentials, 2 Antioxidants)
B - 1.5 oz. Ionix Supreme
- chocolate shake with peanut butter, FiberPro, Greens, 1/2 scoop IsaPro.
- 2 oz. CFL
L - chocolate shake with IsaFruits
- 32 oz. water with WME and IsaFruits
- 1 IsaDelight
D - Celebrated at Wildflower Grill (Valentine's Day meal since Yanik had tonsilitis on the 14th). When we go to super fancy restaurants, I don't hold back. tee hee
- 2 very small crab cakes with some greens and tomatoes
- AAA beef tenderloin with lobster potatoes and king crab...plus veggies!! :)
- half bottle of Melbec wine
- 2 oz. Port wine pairing with my dessert which was three small chocolate thingies.
- free munchie plate from Wildflower afterwards. Little mini cookies. Had half of most of them.
Feb. 28
b - chocolate shake with FiberPro, Greens, peanut butter
l - chocolate crispy cream meal replacement bar
- 32 oz. of SME and IsaFruits
s - couple of pieces of bread with brie cheese.
d - roasted pepper soup, lamb chops, broccolini, spuds.
April 1.
I went today to get my body analysis done at the U of A. FINALLY! It worked! WHeeeEEEe!
I wasn't so pleased with the results, but it's going to change SOO dramatically in the next month. I can't wait to go back and see their faces drop when we re-test :)
I took in packets of WME and gave the prof., Alex, a shake pack (he has two students following him until April). They were all really thrilled when I showed them the ingredients lists for the shakes, the IsaPro, and the Ionix Supreme. :):):)
Isagenix makes me so proud. The ingredients lists do all the talking for me!!! :)
I don't have to know everything...or anything about what's inside the shake. It's allll written on the back. Athletes and exercise physiologists (which is what Alex is) only care about the numbers and the science. I am a mere reflection of what happens when I put it in my body.
I'm really excited to get all three of them on board. It will change their lives forever :) I am so grateful right now!!!!!!
