We had great friends over on Friday ngiht, we got a new X-mas tree with LCD lights built-in (SAWWWEEEET!) and we also celebrated Anna Molly Pederson's 2nd birthday with her. It was so fun. What a doll she is. Absolutely adorable!
I'm SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO excited for Top Achievers in Phoenix January 21-24/2010.
On Friday I booked my flight and accommodations. The Isagenix event is taking place at the Waldorf Astoria!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm really, really, REALLY excited to go with my mommy! I hope Shannon will come too. We're trying to find extra tickets to the event, so if anyone knows someone who has extras, please let me know.
Food Diary for the last two days:
Nov. 14th, 2009.
(Shake Day 2)
B= Chocolate shake with hemp seeds & walnuts.
S= Organic strawberry yogurt (100) and ¼ small banana and one organic chocolate chip cookie.
L= Chocolate shake with banana and walnuts.
D= Foot long turkey on brown with honey mustard and cheese from Subway.
S= one beer and organic chips and salsa
Day 6, Nov. 15th, 2009.
(Shake Day 3)
B= chocolate shake with walnuts and hemp seeds
L= meal replacement bar
S= small piece celery with peanut butter and raisins (ants on a log) at Anna’s birthday party and a piece of pineapple.
D= very small portion of pork, greek roasted potatoes (oregano, olive oil, lemon, pepper, salt), and parsnips with pepper. Good helping of home made berry crisp for dessert with a little scoop of vanilla bean ice cream. Two glasses red wine with dinner.
S= Salad with my home made dressing of challots, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, pepper, and salt.
* every single day I have a 32 ounce bottle of WME and IsaFruits,.
* every single day I also take two IsaOmega Supreme, two C-Lyte, Women’s Essentials, Antioxidants, at least 6 sprays of IsaMune, 1 IsaFlush, and two natural accelerator capsules.
